Ya’Noo started from a simple observation: in Yaoundé, ordering a meal still took too many phone calls, too much waiting and too much guessing. You never knew whether the dish had been started, where the rider was, or how much cash to have ready.
The app brings all three sides together in one place. Customers see the menu, the price in FCFA and the preparation time before they order. Restaurants receive the order directly. Riders work on their own schedule and stay reachable right up to the door.

How do I place an order on Ya’Noo?
Download the app, create an account, choose a restaurant open near you, add your dishes to the basket, then set your delivery address. All that is left is picking a payment method and confirming.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money, which you confirm with the PIN prompt on your phone, or cash on delivery. The total in FCFA is shown before you confirm, delivery and service fees included.
Which cities does Ya’Noo deliver in?
The service starts in Yaoundé, with partner restaurants in several neighbourhoods including Bastos and Essos. More neighbourhoods and more Cameroonian cities are added as restaurants and riders join the platform.
How long does delivery take?
Each restaurant listing shows its own window, usually between twenty and thirty-five minutes of preparation, plus the ride to your address. You follow both live in the app.
Can I track my order and reach the rider?
Yes. Once the order is confirmed you see its status move from the kitchen to the road, then the rider’s position on the map. You can message them from inside the app right up to handover.
How do I become a rider or a partner restaurant?
Riders sign up from inside the app and pick their own slots. Restaurants that would like to list their menu can write to contact@yanoo.company and we will come back with the details.
What if my order is wrong or late?
Report it from the app or write to dev@yanoo.company with the order number. Refund conditions are set out in our terms, under the Refund policy section.
How do I delete my account?
Deletion happens inside the app, under Profile then Security and privacy. The full procedure and the list of what gets erased are on our dedicated page.
